Oh Hey there!

Check, check… Is this thing on?  I know, I’ve been MIA for months now.  All I can say is sorry I’m not sorry 😉  It’s been a very refreshing break and one I’m not sure is actually even a break.  I’m just now starting to get the urge to blog again but don’t think it’s going to become a consistent thing again.  Priorities right?

I feel like I’ve been writing a lot of pregnancy posts lately…  Well, not necessarily a lot since lets be honest, I haven’t been writing much these days.  Time, energy, and desire have been contributing factors in that.  BUT, with baby due any day and me taking some time off from coaching these last few weeks before he arrives, I’ve got a little more time on my hands.  So back to blogging I go!  Which actually feels good!  I do enjoy and miss it 🙂

You guys, I’ve been SO hungry lately!  I remember in my first trimester at one of my doctor appointments when I was throwing up everyday and complaining about how sick I felt he said something I almost didn’t believe.  He said, “You just wait, in a few weeks you’ll be starving all the time and wanting to eat everything in sight.”  I laughed.

Oh he was right!  I’ve been so hungry lately especially when I wake up in the mornings.  I tend to eat a little something first thing after I wake up like one of these snack bites.  Then by the time The Love Nugget wakes up I’m ready for something more substantial.

Why Purchasing the 21 Day Fix was a Good Decision for my Health

Hi guys!

How is it already Thursday?  Seriously where did the week go?   Not complaining, I’m always ready for the weekend 🙂
Speaking of, we have another wedding this weekend which is funny because we had zero weddings for a while then we were invited to three this month. I guess October is a popular month to get married this year!  We got married in June but after attending a few fall weddings I’m almost wishing we had gone with an October wedding. I mean, I love fall so it definitely would have been enjoyed by me 🙂  Well, as long as it didn’t rain. Guess that’s a gamble with fall weddings.  It won’t be raining this weekend so we’ll be enjoying the outdoor party!

Anyway, today I wanted to touch on the 21 Day Fix.  I mentioned a while back that I had purchased and completed the program but I just wanted to go into a little more depth about how it’s benefited my overall health.
