Hi friends! Hope you’re all having a wonderful week so far. Again I know it’s been awhile since I’ve stopped by to say hi but I just had to post about my recent experience with the Three Day Refresh!
Hope you all had a great weekend! We had a low key weekend at home which was great since it was so hot! We did get out for a quick park playdate with some good friends.
These boys have been buddies since birth and are on their way to Kindergarten!
Hope you’re having a great day! I can’t even believe we are almost through July. I’m actually pretty excited because that means we’re a little closer to my favorite season, Fall! I know we’re still a ways away but with these 100+ degree temps it’s hard not to daydream about cooler temps 🙂
Anyway. I just wanted to pop in to tell you about my nutrition lately. The past few weeks I’ve been following the 21 Day Fix nutrition plan and it’s been so helpful. I was eating way too many lactation treats or just treats in general… So I decided to start following the plan to make sure I was getting enough proteins and veggies. I definitely wasn’t and have noticed since I’ve been following this plan I feel SO much better.
I feel like I’ve been writing a lot of pregnancy posts lately… Well, not necessarily a lot since lets be honest, I haven’t been writing much these days. Time, energy, and desire have been contributing factors in that. BUT, with baby due any day and me taking some time off from coaching these last few weeks before he arrives, I’ve got a little more time on my hands. So back to blogging I go! Which actually feels good! I do enjoy and miss it 🙂
Anyway, today I wanted to talk a little bit about Challenge Groups. Something that if you follow me on Social Media you’ve seen me sharing about.
Let’s start with the basics,
Yesterday morning I woke up at 4:00am wide awake. My mom was staying with us and had to be dropped off at the airport early but The Hubby was taking her. So even though I didn’t have to get up to take her, I was still wide awake. Some of that was probably the little early morning dancer I have living in my belly 🙂 He likes to party between 4:00 and 5:00 these days. Anyway, I laid there awake and started thinking about this great blog post I was going to write. I had an awesome title and nearly the whole post written out in my brain. I thought, “I should get up and write this down!” I did get up, and went to the garage to workout since I was up and before I knew it, that blog post was gone. By the time I sat down to write a few hours later, I had nothing. Couldn’t even remember what it was about. Blame it on my pregnancy brain or the lack of sleep but it was gone. That’s actually been happening a lot these days which is why I’ve been a little absent around here. Not because I don’t want to blog, but because I just don’t have much to say. Then when I do, I forget it before I get a chance to write it down. So basically, I’m still here but please excuse my lack of posts lately.

You guys, I’ve been SO hungry lately! I remember in my first trimester at one of my doctor appointments when I was throwing up everyday and complaining about how sick I felt he said something I almost didn’t believe. He said, “You just wait, in a few weeks you’ll be starving all the time and wanting to eat everything in sight.” I laughed.
Oh he was right! I’ve been so hungry lately especially when I wake up in the mornings. I tend to eat a little something first thing after I wake up like one of these snack bites. Then by the time The Love Nugget wakes up I’m ready for something more substantial.
