Staying on Track this Busy Summer with Naked Juices


June is flying by and so far this summer we’ve been crazy busy.  From weekends away to weekdays filled with summer fun activities I feel like we have been on the go since May.  Which is fun but can sometimes mean that I’m leaving the house without time to sit down and eat my typical breakfast of protein, veggies and fruit.

Veggies are something I love but when on the go I struggle to get in.  It’s easy to grab a hard-boiled egg, an Epic bar or a protein bar to eat while out and about but veggies are a little more complicated.  Luckily there are on the go options like Naked Juices to fill us up with nutrients when we don’t have time for a full meal.

Naked Juices has been around since 1983 and is a perfect option for on-the-go moms who not only want a healthy option for themselves but their little ones as well.

The Love Nugget loves getting to drink a “smoothie” for breakfast and I enjoy having something on hand that I know is loaded with nutrients without any added sugars or preservatives.

Naked has recently debuted a few new flavors that we’ve been sipping on lately.

Berry Almond Nutmilk which contains 26 blueberries, 8 blackberries, 2 raspberries, 1 strawberry, 24 almonds, 1 1/3 apples and 1/3 banana. Proteins and Greens which is a blend of fruits, veggies and proteins.

Then Bright Beets, Kale Blazer, Chia Cherry Lime,  Chia Sweet Peach and Orange Carrot which are all filled with just fruits and veggies!

The Orange Carrot has quickly become one of my favorite post workout snacks when combined with vanilla About Time Protein Powder.  It tastes just like an Orange Julius or an Orange Creamsicle and I love that I can get in some veggies with my post workout protein!

By having Naked Juices on hand I know that we always have a healthy option for mornings (or anytime) that we are on the go or too busy for a sit down meal.  There’s no excuse for not being able to get in our fruits and veggies!

QUESTIONS – 

  • How do you keep your breakfast healthy when too busy to eat a full meal?  
  • Do you ever replace a meal with a juice?
