Life of Riley Nut Butters

Life of Riley Nut Butters

Happy Monday friends!

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!  We had a great time celebrating my moms 60th birthday on Saturday.  It was a surprise party and boy was she surprised!

I’ll post more about it later this week but for today I wanted to share a delicious nut butter I discovered when I was in Boulder.

While at Blendretreat we had some free time to explore the town.  Myself and a few other girls headed straight to the farmers market which was so awesome!  They had so many local products and one that I fell in love with was Life of Riley  Nut Butters.

You guys these are so good!  Created by Abby who wanted a high protein, rich Omega-3 food to help her maintain her busy life as a mom, cross-fitter, chef and entrepreneur.  So she created five speciality nut butters that are all so good!

Not only are they delicious but they are made with organic, non-GMO ingredients and sweetened only with touches of pure maple sugar, raw honey, or dried fruit.

Dried fruit like in the Sunberry Butter which has the most amazing, unique flavor combinations.  Roasted organic sunflower seeds, organic sunflower oil, dried unsweetened organic tart cherries, dried strawberries, dried blueberries, and organic sea salt.  Like I said, so unique but so good!   I’ve been eating with a spoon but it’s also really good with bananas 🙂

I was told at the farmers market that one of their most popular flavors is the walnut butter and I can see why.

It’s incredibly light, fluffy, and has the perfect amount of sweetness.

Cashew butter is always a big hit in our house and Life of Riley Cashew Butter doesn’t disappoint.  Made with roasted organic cashews, almond oil, Saigon cinnamon, Indonesian cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, mace, all spice and cloves, raw and unfiltered local honey, organic sea salt it tastes just like pumpkin pie!

Finally you can’t forget about Almond Butter!  Abby created two Almond butters one made with just roasted almonds, almond oil, organic flaxseed oil and organic sea salt.  The other sweetened with pure maple sugar and both so good!

The one downside is that they are so good I could eat a whole jar in one sitting!   Seriously if you’re a nut butter fan do yourself a favor and head over to Life of Riley and order yourself some.  You won’t regret it 🙂

  2. I have been really enjoying the Sunberry one. I am waiting to open the Walnut one until I finish it. That one is seriously amazing!

  3. Oh man, I’ve never heard of these nut butters, but they sound and look AMAZING!!! Right up my alley… I think they’d be dangerous in my possession. 😉
