Humani Pilates Wicked Workout

Humani Pilates Wicked Workout

I’ve been wanting to try an actual Pilates class for quite some time now. I’ve done a few pilates based movements in Piyo or various workout classes but haven’t taken a class at an actual studio. It’s definitely on my bucket list and it just so happens that Humani Pilates Studio in Midtown Sacramento is offering a fun “Wicked” workout throughout the month of October.

Every Wednesday throughout October they are offering a fun, challenging hubrid class on the reformers, chairs and mats that is sure to work your body in “Wicked” ways!

While I haven’t been to this studio yet myself I’m definitely itching to try one of these Wednesday classes that sound like so much fun!

Especially after checking out their studio online and seeing how welcoming and comfortable it seems.

During each class they’ll be offering prizes and at the end of the month will have one grand prize that will include;

  • an unlimited Humani Pilates Membership
  • a tank or long sleeve shirt from their shop
  • a 90-minute massage gift card from their go-to massage studio
  • a foam roller and other fitness accessories as well as more!

So if you’re in the area definitely check out Humani Pilates Wicked Workout for a fun and equally awesome workout!

Bonus is that they are offering a free class pass to one lucky winner! Just enter below by following the instructions in the Rafflecopter.

If you can’t make it to a Wicked Wednesday make sure to check out one of their other awesome class offerings. I know I’m going to!
