Raspberry Coconut Freezer Fudge

Raspberry Coconut Freezer Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh organic raspberries
  • 1/2 cup organic coconut butter
  • *optional 1 tsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Place raspberries and coconut butter in a food processor or blender and blend until a creamy mixture forms.
  2. The coconut butter might firm up so scrape down sides and continue blending until mixed well.
  3. Scoop into a mold or roll into balls then refrigerate for a 30 minutes until set up.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the freezer or fridge and enjoy!
