Post Holiday Workout

Good morning!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed lots of time spent with loved ones.  We had a very fabulous Christmas eve spent with my in-laws and Christmas day spent with my family.  Small but so very enjoyable.  This was actually the first time in many, many years that we haven’t had to travel on Christmas.  Usually we are on the road both Christmas Eve and Christmas day.  So it was a very pleasant change to be home for both this year.  I’ll give you more of a full recap later but for now I’m just dropping in with a quick and festive Holiday workout.

If you’re like me you might have indulged in quite a few treats over the past few days and are looking for something quick but sweaty to counteract said treats 🙂  This one will do it for ya!

We’re off to finish moving the last few things out of our other house so it will be a busy day of house work again.  Some day we’ll be 100% finished…

  2. I’m glad you enjoyed a fun Christmas with family! I am traveling home tomorrow for Christmas, we are celebrating it on Sunday this year. This workout sounds fun! I know I can’t wait to get in a good workout today after all the cookies I had Christmas Eve and today thus far at the office.
