Coconut Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 4-5 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • In a food processor, puree walnuts and almonds together.

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, puree walnuts and almonds together.
  2. Add in dates and pulse until blended.
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients then pulse again until the mixture is sticky enough to hold together.
  4. Roll into small balls and pop into the refrigerator. Enjoy!

Dark Chocolate Peppermint Protein Bites

Dark Chocolate Peppermint Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/4 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Hemp Seeds (optional)
  • 3-4 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp. Peppermint Extract
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Candy Cane
  • 2 tbsp. Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl by hand or stand mixer until mixed well.
  2. If the mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon of peanut butter or honey.
  3. These will dry up slightly when stored in the fridge.
  4. Roll into small, bite-size balls and refrigerate until ready to eat.
  5. These are a perfect way to use up some of those candy canes while enjoying a healthy snack!

Cranberry Mandarin Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats, dry
  • 1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh mandarin juice
  • 1 tsp mandarin zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer and mix well.
  2. Form into small, quarter sized balls then store in the refrigerator.
