Gingerbread Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 3-4 Ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp. Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. Grated fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. Ginger powder
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk, soy milk or low fat milk
  • Pinch of Xanthan gum (optional to thicken if wanted)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
