First off, thank you so much for the kind words and well wishes about my Grandpa yesterday. It always amazes me how caring and thoughtful people, in particular the blogging community is even though most of us have never even met.
Anyway, he’s doing okay. Much better than when I left him the other day so that’s good! Everything was sort of thrown off after our day on Sunday so I didn’t get to finish the post I had planned for today’s Toddler Tuesday. Instead I’m going to share some fall outfit ideas I’ve been eyeing for The Love Nugget lately. If you have a little boy, you have probably noticed that there are way more cute girl clothes than there are boy clothes. While it’s frustrating at times I guess the plus side is that I’m saving money right? I say that after I just put away 6 tubs of clothing from newborn to 18 months. That’s with me giving away 4 bags of clothes too! I don’t even want to think about how broke we would be if we had a little girl! Yikes! Anyway, finding cute clothes is getting harder as The Love Nugget gets older. So I’m often trying to find ideas and deals online to help me score some cool, stylish duds for my little man. Here’s some of our fall wardrobe ideas so far,
From my Polyvore collection
I love the plaid shirts with puffy vests but The Love Nugget is not a huge fan of them. We’re working on it
I think the above outfit would be cute for our fall photo shoot.
I’m in love with sweaters that have elbow patches especially on little men
Another cute fall picture outfit!
Both the above photos are so preppy and cute!
I could see The Love Nugget in any or all of these items.
Chunky sweaters just make me want to cuddle him in a pile of fall leaves!
Now finding all these outfits is the more difficult part. Kids clothes all fit so differently it’s hard to order online. I need to though since I’ve seen so many cute outfits at online stores only. I do have a few favorite stores that I frequently find good deals at for The Nugget. My go-to stores are Nordstrom Rack, Baby Gap, Gap outlet, H&M, Gymboree, Crazy 8 and sometimes The Children’s Place. It seems like a lot of options but the amount of boy clothing they sell is limited. Online I like to browse Nextdirect, Thredup, H&M, Nordstrom, and Zarakids. If you have a boy and need outfit ideas make sure to find my Love Nugget Style board on Pinterest!
