Overnight Almond Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 + 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (I used Trader Joe’s low fat greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk or regular milk
  • 1/4 tsp stevia powder
  • 1 tbsp all natural almond butter, sunbutter or other nut butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with whatever your little heart desires! Fresh fruit, frozen fruit, nuts, nut butter, 100% maple syrup, agave nectar....

      I do too but haven’t made them in so long! My favorite is a mango overnight oats served in an almost empty jar of nut butter or course 🙂
