- 1/3 + 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (I used Trader Joe’s low fat greek yogurt)
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk or regular milk
- 1/4 tsp stevia powder
- 1 tbsp all natural almond butter, sunbutter or other nut butter
- Mix all ingredients together and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with whatever your little heart desires! Fresh fruit, frozen fruit, nuts, nut butter, 100% maple syrup, agave nectar....
