Protein Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1tbps. non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • splash of Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cook in an oiled pan until lightly browned on each side. Serve with whatever you’d like! I topped mine with a scoop of Almond Sunflower Seed butter, bananas and a light drizzle of 100% pure maple syrup. Very good and filling! Yum!

  1. Well it doesn’t get any easier than that now does it? I’ve made a LOT of pancakes but I swear some of my favorite recipes are the ones using whole oats…love that texture! 🙂
