Happy Friday!

Hope you all had a wonderful week of fitness!  Here’s what my week looked like.

Saturday – We went to the gym to do a Cross Fit workout but the Love Nugget through a huge fit, pinched the daycare girl and refused to settle down until I checked him out.  He just kept saying, “Dada home, dada home.”  Too sad so we left 15 minutes into our workout.  Instead I came home and did this…

Sunday – Rest

Monday – Fitmixer Boot camp + 5 mile run with a break in the middle for some park play time!

Tuesday – 45 minute Elliptical + Fitmixer Bootcamp

Wednesday - Spin Class at the gym (I couldn’t take it and had to rejoin!) + this WOD I put together in my head while spinning away :-)

Thursday – Stroller Strides class

Friday – This Tabata Workout that I changed a little from Fitmixer Bootcamp today

Perfect for today since I needed something quick but wanted to get my heart rate up and sweat a little!

I love finding workouts online that I can do at home, at the gym on my own, or use so of the moves to create my own workouts.  I often head to Pinterest for inspiration but I’ve got a few blogs that I provide me with many of my workouts and ideas.  Here they are :-)

For Cross Fit WOD’s -

The WOD shop - my new favorite workout link.  Choose what type of WOD you want to do and it gives you tons of options!

Crossfit Mama’s - lot’s of at home WOD’s you can easily do!

For Circuit workouts -

My Healthy Happy Home - Gotta give myself some credit, I really like those workouts I create!

Peanut Butter Fingers – Great Circuit workouts plus she’s adorable!

For quick workouts (Tabata, HITT’s) -

Fitnessista – Ton’s of awesome quick workouts plus more!

Blonde Ponytail – She is so fit!  I definitely use her for inspiration and love her workouts!

For Strength training workouts -

Carrot’s ‘n’ Cake – She’s got a lot of strength workouts

Peanut Butter Fingers – Quite a few strength workouts for gym or at home

For treadmill and elliptical workouts -

Carrot’s ‘n’ Cake - Love her treadmill workouts

Slim Sanity -Great workouts and very well organized (which I need to do with my page desperately!)

Great workouts this week! Is this your first time doing the FitMixer Bootcamp? What are you thinking of the workouts? I did their summer bootcamp and loved it and I know they’ve only grown since then!

I love how you do a variety of workouts.
Tone It Up and Blogilates are my favorite websites for workouts. I also do some circuit workouts by Peanut Butter Fingers.
